Step 4: Let AI rank your fit. Several tools will automatically score how well your responses align with the role requirements. You get a fit ranking before the recruiter even sees you.

Step 5: Send the video to the recruiter. Not as an attachment. As a link. Short cover message, link to the video, your contact details at the end of the recording.

That's it. The recruiter clicks, watches, decides. No phone tag. No scheduling. No email chains.


Why This Works — Human Psychology 101
