Make it success story number #354 for Wynisco Inc.. You are going to love this story, kind of out of dreams.
One of our other candidates got an offer for this position yesterday. She already had 3 offers and started somewhere last week, so she rejected this offer yesterday. So they offered this position to another Wynisco candidate today. I had no idea this was happening. The only reason I found out is that our candidate with 3 offers has been trying to really get her friend to enroll with Wynisco, but unfortunately, we have a waiting list (Real waitlist, not the fake one :) ). Waitlist is because the process is extremely labor intensive. Each candidate ties up up to 3 to 4 resources. So I messaged her that a spot opened up, and that's when I found out. We can only enroll new students when someone else moves out. We keep our student count low at any point in time so we can give very personalized, out-of-the-world service. -------------- If you need help securing a job within 50 to 90 days (you have to clear the interview to be eligible), apply to the link below. Yesterday, our candidate received an offer, his third this week.
Time taken: 50 days. How is it possible, you might wonder? Let me explain. First of all, the notion that nobody is hiring is false. What is true is that standards of hiring have gone up. From a candidate’s perspective, the amount of time and energy that needs to be spent to land an interview has significantly increased. Most people are still trying to do it themselves. Wynisco operates at a massive scale. We put 5 to 10 times more effort than what you can do yourself. It's like comparing a 1990 Toyota Corolla to an F1 racing car. No matter how skilled a driver you are, it's hard to beat someone with an F1 racing car. It's that simple. Smart students reached out and asked for help. Even smarter students reached out and asked for help, even if they don’t have any cash. Can we still help? Hell yeah, we did for some. It's never a problem to land a job. It's the self-defeating prophecy that you should be worried about.

Something is not right in the world of UI / Front End / Full stack Engineering ..
I got another call from an alumni's friend getting laid off as front end / full stack dev.. Just to give you numbers We have over 340+ candidates that we have helped get jobs in the last 5 years . 6 got laid off since Jan 1 All of them are front end / full stack /react / UI /UX folks except one who is a software tester .. None of our data , PM , BA got laid off .. Based on several conversations I had , there might be few reasons biggest one being Rise of platforms such as salesforce /others When you are building or migrating to new app or platform , You have 2 choices, Build a custom one which means building the entire infra from front end/ back end / devops / cloud / testing /Security/Accessibility and whole bunch of stuff etc ( You can also use low code / no code to build such as Appian ) . Or Use salesforce or similar cloud based platform. With few customizations , you are up and running in a few weeks, at max a few months . Previously most of the customers' requirements were so niche that there was no choice but to build custom apps . But newer purpose-built clouds such as marketing, insurance , finance have reduced friction .. Whatever you need, there is a cloud for that . Plus I know From my experience, most of the custom stuff that is built by non tech companies works like crap. I was one of those non tech engineers building software, I will never use what I build :) . But even platforms like salesforce cannot provide full functionality for every business. What they have are escape hatches to include any third party / custom functionality to include your own versions. If you are still missing the functionality there are thousands of apps on AppStore /Google Cloud / Salesforce appexchange Role of UI / UX has changed , they now should learn to work on integrations and making different systems talk to each other . Insteading of building from ground up , they need fill in for missing functionality Finally, there is still huge demand for UI engineers but companies need candidates who are exceptional For example , Can you build functionality like Canva . Even canva founders waited few years to find talent that can pull of that kind of engineering feat. In short , companies need UI talent that will obliterate the need of UI Engineers. Hmm ..Kind of shooting youself in foot.

Manager to Recruiter Handoff Process11/23/2023
In this video, I explain the process of the manager-to-recruiter handoff, also known as the sourcing starts. I discuss the steps involved, starting with the manager creating a detailed job requisition, specifying the desired qualifications, tech stack, salary, experience, and location. The manager then hands over the requisition to the recruiter, who posts the job on various platforms such as the company's career website, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Once candidates apply, the recruiter short-lists potential candidates based on the job description and has a quick call with them to assess communication and confidence. The goal is to find the best possible candidate and not waste the manager's time. The recruiter then passes the short-listed resumes to the manager for final review.

In this video, I explain the interview process and what to expect when applying for a job. I discuss the variations in the interview process depending on the company size and the number of rounds typically involved. I also mention the possibility of take-home exams and coding tests. While there is no set list of questions, I emphasize the importance of being prepared for anything. If you're applying to a large company like PayPal, it's important to understand that each group may have a different process.

Suppose you are 2 roommates or friends searching for a job.
Instead of applying and sending emails to recruiters for yourself Try sending a reference for your roommate. All recruiters welcome references. I think your chances of getting replies will go up significantly. Try it !!! It worked with our students Follow Sachin Rajgire || Wynisco Inc.
