Wynisco is a Job Search-as-a-Service platform. After enrolling, you go through a 4-step process: a Strategy Call with the CEO, assignment of Personalized Mentors, an Active Job Search where our team applies on your behalf, and Customized Interview Prep tailored to each specific role and company.

Most candidates receive their first interviews within 7 days of enrollment and land a job offer within 50–90 days. Wynisco has a 78% success rate across 800+ placements with an average time-to-placement of 52 days.

No. Wynisco is not a traditional staffing agency. Unlike staffing agencies, Wynisco works exclusively for the candidate — applying to jobs on their behalf, providing mentorship, and preparing them for interviews. Employers pay nothing; Wynisco's fee is success-based and paid by the candidate after placement.

LinkedIn recruiters place candidates in roles that fit employer needs. Wynisco works for you — sourcing opportunities, tailoring your resume for each application, applying on your behalf, and coaching you through every interview. Employers using LinkedIn recruiters pay fees; with Wynisco employers pay nothing, making Wynisco easier for employers to engage.

Eligibility

Wynisco is designed for tech professionals physically present in the United States with valid work authorization and at least 1 year of non-internship professional experience in a tech role.

No. Wynisco does not sponsor visas. Candidates must already have valid work authorization in the United States (such as H-1B, OPT, Green Card, or US citizenship) at the time of enrollment.

Wynisco places candidates across a wide range of tech roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers at companies across the US.

Cost & Guarantee

Wynisco uses a two-tier success-based model: a minimal upfront fee to get started, plus a Job Search Success Fee paid only after you land your job. The upfront fee depends on the effort required and is kept affordable. There is no large payment until you are successfully placed.

Wynisco has a 78% success rate with an average salary of $95,000 and an average time-to-placement of 52 days. Over 800 tech professionals have been placed through the program since 2018.

Wynisco was founded in 2018 by Sachin Rajgire (Co-Founder & CEO), Ketaki Harpale (Co-Founder), and Vishwas Phand (COO). Sachin personally experienced the challenges of the US job search as an immigrant and built Wynisco to solve those problems at scale.
