At Wynisco, your privacy is our priority. Learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
At Wynisco, accessible from https://www.wynisco.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Wynisco and how we use it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us. Our Privacy Policy covers our operations in the United States and India. For any questions, contact us at info@wynisco.com.
With your authorization, Wynisco accesses your Gmail account to send job-application outreach on your behalf. We use this access to draft outreach messages, send responses to recruiter replies you have started threads with, and detect when those threads receive new replies so we can support follow-ups.
We process Gmail data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. AI providers we use to assist with drafting and reply classification process content for inference only and are contractually prohibited from training on it or retaining it beyond the immediate request.
Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest. Outreach drafts, sent messages, and reply summaries are retained for up to 24 months, then automatically deleted. You can revoke Wynisco's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and request deletion of your stored data by emailing info@wynisco.com.
Wynisco's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you apply through our careers page, we collect the details you submit: your first and last name, phone number, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, your approximate location (coordinates, if you allow it), and your resume.
We use this information to evaluate your application, assess your fit for current and future roles, and contact you about the recruitment process. Only if you separately opt in, we may also send you marketing, events, and career-related updates — you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We show this notice on the application form: by submitting your application you consent to us processing your data for recruitment. Marketing is separate and optional — you consent to it only by ticking the dedicated box, and never as a condition of applying. We keep your application data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, after which it is deleted. To access, correct, or delete your data, email info@wynisco.com.

Wynisco acts as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). If you are in India, the following apply in addition to the rest of this policy.
Consent and purpose. We process your personal data based on your consent, for the specific purposes we notify you of at the point of collection. Consent for one purpose (such as evaluating your job application) is separate from consent for another (such as marketing), and you are free to give or refuse each.
Your rights as a Data Principal. You may access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how; correct, complete, update, or erase it; and seek grievance redressal.
Right to nominate. You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw any consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Withdrawing consent that is essential to a service may limit our ability to provide it.
Retention. We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the notified purpose or as required by law, after which it is erased.
Transfers. We may process and transfer your data outside India, except to any territory restricted by the Government of India, and with appropriate safeguards.
Grievance redressal. To exercise any right or raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at info@wynisco.com (Wynisco, Baner, Pune 411045, India). We will acknowledge and respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act. If your grievance remains unresolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This notice is available in English and, on request, in other languages listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
Where we rely on your consent, we take it through a clear, affirmative action for a specific purpose — for example, submitting our careers application form (for recruitment) or ticking the optional marketing box (for marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@wynisco.com.
By continuing to use our website you agree to this Privacy Policy and its Terms and Conditions.
